As a Far Homes Certified Buyer’s Agent

When you work with Far Homes as a Certified Buyer’s Agent, you waste less time finding new customers and dealing with low-quality leads.

  • We find potential international buyers, help them decide where they want to buy, and answer their questions about the buying process in that area. Once we know they’re serious and ready to tour, we hand them off to you to guide them the rest of the way.
  • Our program has zero up-front fees – we only get paid if you get paid. When a buyer we referred closes on their home, you pay us 25% of your commission as a referral fee.

To become a Far Homes Certified Buyer’s Agent you must have at least five years of experience helping buyers in your local area, and rave reviews from past clients. If that sounds like you, contact us today!

As a Syndication Partner

If you list homes for sale, we can help you market them to more buyers. Far Homes is a destination for buyers from the US, Canada and English-speakers in other countries, so by adding your listings to our site can help you find a buyer faster. FAQ

How much does it cost to partner with Far Homes? When a buyer we referred closes on their home, you pay us 25% of the total commission you and / or your brokerage receives. There’s no up-front cost to you – we only get paid when you get paid. 

How will you send clients to me? Once we have a qualified buyer, we’ll schedule a 30 minute consultation with you, the buyer, and a member of Far Homes for a warm hand-off. In our experience, handing off a client in this way increases the chances they end up buying a home from the agent we recommend.

How will we work together after the hand-off? Once we’ve handed off a client, we step back and let you handle the process. We’ll only check in with the client once or twice to make sure they’re getting the service they need. We’ll check in with you on a monthly basis to get status updates.
