This is a new Luxury Condo built in 2013. Second floor condo is furnished in contemporary fashion and maintains a tranquil and relaxing environment. The open concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with a stackable washer and dryer.

The granite countertop has a breakfast bar with 3 stools and opens into the large living room. The living room has sliding glass doors that open to the covered terrace which you will find the outdoor dining area with a view of the jungle/golf course. The master bedroom with a king size bed and a large closet and its own in-suite. The master bedroom also has sliding doors to the terrace.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of closet space, this bedroom also has its own in-suite. The condo has air conditioning in all rooms.

There is an elevator located within the building and a complimentary parking spot just outside the building. A rental vehicle is highly recommended for you to explore the many cultural sites, beaches and local restaurants.
