This is a new Luxury Condo built in 2013. Second floor condo is furnished in contemporary fashion and maintains a tranquil and relaxing environment. The open concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with a stackable washer and dryer.

The granite countertop has a breakfast bar with 3 stools and opens into the large living room. The living room has sliding glass doors that open to the covered terrace which you will find the outdoor dining area with a view of the jungle/golf course.
