Prior to launching Financing Finder, Far Homes conducted localized research and assembled data on different loan types and lenders, including less traditional options like home equity loans, reverse mortgages, and builder financing. This launch coincides with the escalating demand for Mexican properties, as more individuals seek attractive international real estate opportunities. 

Purchasing a home in a foreign country, particularly Mexico, can be a complex process. One of the most significant challenges for buyers is securing financing. Many banks hesitate to offer loans to international clients, leading a majority of buyers to resort to cash transactions. Far Homes recognized a need to empower prospective international buyers by educating them on loan products and other payment plans available to them, which have historically been challenging to access.
